Why wouldn’t you embrace a technology that offers potentially valuable insight that a co-worker or a supervisor does not have to offer. That’s their pitch and I guess they are right.
Accenture, one of the largest consulting firms in the United States recently announced that employees who were not ‘getting the hang of AI at work’, may be in jeopardy of losing their jobs to employees that are accepting and taking advantage of this newest technology. The questions remains, how fast is fast enough for this adoption period. I would think that if an employee dedicates time each and every day toward adopting the products, the employer should be satisfied. Unfortunately, that can vary extraordinarily employer to employer.
